Jay joined Hershey in 2020 from Molson Coors where she worked for 20+ years in various business and IS roles. She led the Transformation Management Office for business transformation, was Integration Lead for implementing end-to-end business process and ERP systems, headed Global Business Services and transitioned scope from Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales functions. Prior to that she also led Internal Audit, managed IT portfolio and deployed several ERP solutions. Her passion is process improvement, change management and problem solving. Jay has a master’s degree in Physics from S V University, Tirupati, India and an MBA in e-commerce from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Alan Jacobson

Alan Jacobson is the Chief Data and Analytics officer (CDAO) of Alteryx, driving data initiatives and accelerating digital business transformation for the Alteryx global customer base. As CDAO, Alan leads the company’s data science practice as a best-in-class example of how a company can get maximum leverage out of its data and the insights it contains. He is responsible for data management and governance, product and internal data, and the use of the Alteryx Platform to drive continued growth. Prior to joining Alteryx, Alan held a variety of leadership roles at Ford Motor Company; most recently leading a team of data scientists to drive digital transformation across the enterprise, helping grow the number of Alteryx users at Ford to 10,000. The Data Analytics Summit will be hosted at 19 East Chocolate Ave for those who plan to attend in person.
Some sessions of the summit are designed for in-person attendees only. For those who are unable to attend in person, summit content will be streamed.
